Ray Acheson
John Burroughs - John Burroughs, J.D., Ph.D., is Executive Director of the New York-based Lawyers’ Committee on Nuclear Policy (www.lcnp.org). John represents LCNP at Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty meetings and the United Nations, and prepares briefing papers for meetings with governments organized by the Middle Powers Initiative. He is co-editor of Nuclear Disorder or Cooperative Security? U.S. Weapons of Terror, the Global Proliferation Crisis, and Paths to Peace (2007); co-editor of Rule of Power or Rule of Law? An Assessment of U.S. Policies and Practices Regarding Security-Related Treaties; and author of The Legality of Threat or Use of Nuclear Weapons: A Guide to the Historic Opinion of the International Court of Justice (1997). He is also an adjunct professor of international law at Rutgers Law School, Newark.
Jacqueline Cabasso
Ester Ceja was the Outreach Director for the Snake River Alliance until 2007. She received her MPA with an emphasis in natural resources and environmental policy from Boise State University in May 2003. Her previous work experience includes working for the Forest Service, American Ecology Corp., researcher with the Sawtooth Society and served as program associate with the Environmental Finance Center working on watershed funding and capacity assessments for the states of Idaho and Alaska.
